is the fourth season of Pinoy Big Brother that will air on ABS-CBN from October 29, 2011. Toni Gonzaga and Bianca Gonzales will reprise their hosting stints for the show, together with two new hosts, PBB Teen Edition Plus ex-housemate Robi Domingo and Music Uplate Live host Martin Concio. This would the first edition of the Philippine franchise without Mariel Rodriguez, who transferred to TV5 in October 2011.

The new chief investigator - Adriana Valdez (Yayo Aguila) is very eager to know where is Elisa Altamira (Melissa Ricks). The ex - investigator - Agent Cristobal Rivas (Joem Bascon) received an insult coming from Adriana because of what he did to her. Agent Cristobal is trying to impress Dana Altamira (Agot Isidro) in front of the new chief investigator of Elisa's case. Agent Adriana told Agent Cristobal not to impress their client in front of her anymore because it insulted her a lot. Later on, Agent Adriana and Agent Cristobal together with Agent Giselle Santillian (Desiree Del Valle) talked about Elisa's case. Agent Cristobal and Agent Giselle opened up to Agent Adriana about an update on what they have recently discovered towards Elisa's case. Agent Adriana told both Cristobal and Giselle that they must not go back to their evidences that doesn't have an answer to their case. Agent Adriana also told Cristobal and Giselle that they must focus on Elisa's background because Elisa might be another person. Another person who is just pretending to be a good daughter in fron of her parents and in front of the public. Meanwhile, Mariano Altamira (Albert Martinez) talks to his sister - Cecile Altamira/Caceres (Vina Morales) about what she did to him. Reminiscing that Cecile tried to ruin Mariano and Dana's relationship by telling Dana that Mariano is having an affair with his personal secretary. Mariano thanked Cecile for trying their relationship because Mariano is given another chance by Dana for their relationship to work out. On the other hand, Viviana "Vivian" Altamira/Rincon (Mickey Ferriols) is very disturbed about the proposal she made. Vivian failed to make a good proposal wherein she talks to her sister - Cecile and asked some of her tips. Cecile did not help Vivian with her problem but rather challenged her to do better

The DNA result is already revealed and Amber Dionisio (Maja Salvador) is not the daughter of Chen Sy (Richard Yap). Amber was criticized by Jean Sy (Cherry Pie Picache) wherein Jean is very happy to know that Amber lied to them. Jean then fired Amber from the ChenJean company because she can't stand seeing Amber working at the ChenJean company. Amber failed to talk to Chen Sy asking for forgiveness and another chance to prove something to him. Amber went home with a broken heart after knowing that her mother only lied to her telling her that Chen is her real father. Meanwhile at the ChenJean company, Jade Dimaguiba (Kim Chiu) disagreed to what Jean did to Amber wherein she is planning to talk to Amber. Jade informed her boy friend - Andy Wu (Xian Lim) that she is going to see Amber and talk about what recently happened. When Jade arrived at Amber's house, she saw Amber's house that is very wrecked and found Amber sleeping on her room. Later on, Jade talks to her father - Chen, Jean, Menchu Wu (Marina Benipayo) wherein they talked about Amber. Jade wants to hire Amber back at the ChenJean company since she is Jade's secretary. Jean strongly disagreed to what Jade wants to do because she already fired Amber from ChenJean. Jade then shared why she is hiring Amber back at ChenJean company because she hates Amber so much. With what Jade wants to do, will Amber be hired back at the ChenJean company? How will Jean try to have a good relationship with Amber whom she hated so much?

Ka toto asked back to Jennifer if the kid wanted to know the truth and wanted her to bring to her real parents. Manny (Roderick Paulate) woke up and was shocked when he saw Ka Toto staring at Jennifer. He asked the man if what he was doing in their room, the man said that he was just watching them sleeping. Meanwhile, Jacob Monterial (Mark Anthony Fernandez) and Sandra Santiago (Camille Prats) was fighting because what Jacob did to Atty.Stanley Lobregat (Bobby Andrews). When Sandra and Stanley went to Donya Anastacia “Ana” Monterial (Gloria Romero) in tondo, they saw Jacob waiting them at the gate of their house. When they near at the gate, Jacob asked Sandra if where they had been with Stanley and he can’t call her in her phone. Sandra tried to explain but because of Jacob’s Jealousy, he slapped Stanley at his face. Sandra and Donya Anawas so shocked of what Jacob’s attitude. Sandra was so ashamed of what her husband did and she asked sorry to Stanley that was made Jacob more Jealous. Jacob asked Sandra if but she still love him. Sandra said with higher voice that she never thinks about her and Jacob but her priority is to seek their daughter. Donya Ana was so shocked upon hearing Sandra’s words. She then Asked Sandra after Jacob walked out from their arguments of Sandra if that was true what Sandra said to Jacob. At the bar, Stanley and Desmond Monterial (Gabby Eigenmann) had drunk too much. Desmond asked Stanley that he knows that the reason why Stnley got drinking on his self was a woman. Stanley said that he never know when did it happened and he fell in love to the nurse of his son. When they finished drinking, they went outside. Desmond asked Stanley that he will drive to Stanley’s house because the guy was so drunk. Desmond was so shocked when he saw that Stanley hit by the car and left behind.
