At the hospital, Benjamin "Budoy" Maniego (Gerald Anderson) is playing with the person who is tasked to look after him. Budoy and the person looking after him are playing hide and seek wherein Budoy is hiding in a place where he is not easily to be found. While Budoy is hiding, two men from the media approached and asked him about his real identity. The media men asked Budoy how he felt now that he is part of the Maniego family. The media men also asked Budoy how he is right now, now that he is the son of the famous Doctors - the Maniego family. Budoy goy scared with the media men specially with their questions about his family who are the Maniego's. Budoy ran away from them because he was very shocked after knowing about the truth. The reporters followed Budoy and continued asking him questions wherein suddenly Budoy's foster mother - Elena Dizon (Janice De Belen) protected Budoy from the reporters. Elena and Budoy then went back to Budoy's room and Elena is trying to make Budoy calm. Elena told Budoy not to care or even worry about what the reporters have told him because he might be stressed out. Budoy then aske his foster mother - Elena about what the reporters have told him that he is the real son of the Maniego family. Budoy is very confused why the reporters told him that he is the real son of Doctor Anton Maniego (Tirso Cruz III) and Luisa Maniego (Zsa Zsa Padilla). Budoy was stressed out asking about the truth if he is the real son of the Maniego wherein he collapsed in front of everybody around him. Inside Budoy's room at the hospital, Doctor Anton finally decided to tell Budoy about the truth that he is his real son. Doctor Anton wants to tell Budoy already so that he will not know it from the other people. With this, how will Doctor Anton tell Budoy and explain everything that happened in the past? Will Budoy accept the truth with no pressure and no heartaches? And with Doctor Anton's mother - Doctor Alberta Maniego (Barbara Perez), will she accept Budoy as her grandson already?

Manny (Roderick Paulate) was ver happy seeing Jacob (Mark Anthony) in the meeting place he suggested. At the house, Jacob heard Donya Ana (Gloria Romero) talk to somebody over the phone about the money issues. Donya Ana is already exhausted for the consecutive problems that came. While Stanley (BobbyAndrews) commanded the police station where Sandra is imprisoned, not to let her bail out. Kate (Andrea del Rosario) was very tensed listening to her husband. She knew who is the real killer. And she would be really hurt if her husband finds out about it.

Agnes Alvarez (Dimples Romaa) together with her friend - Ising (Beverly Salviejo) saw the kids who ran away from the orphanage at the park. Agnes and Ising are very happy to see Tinay (Mutya Orquia) together with Edison (Louise Abuel) and Nonoy/Julius Alvarez (Zaijan Jaranilla). Nonoy and Edison got a chance escaping from Agnes and Ising while Tinay was captured by them. Edison and Nonoy didn't leave Tinay with Agnes and Ising but rather went back and talked formally to them. Agnes then asked Nonoy why they don't want to go back living at the orphanage since the orphanage has given them all their needs. Nonoy then told Agnes that Ms. Cruz (Eula Valdez) or the person that is handling the orphanage is very bad to the kids there specially to them. Agnes then told Nonoy that they can not decide for themselves yet because they are still kids and they should not roam around the streets. Nonoy then told Agnes that his parents who raised him is giving him a freedom on what he likes to do. Nonoy even asked Agnes if she has a child and wants her child to follow all her rules. With Nonoy's question, Agnes just kept quite and thought of her son whom she thought that passed away. Agnes and Ising just let the three kids - Tinay, Edison and Nonoy left wherein they hurriedly ran away from them. Later on, the three kids went back to the place they currently stayed in and noticed a babies cry. Tinay, Edison and Nonoy found a child wherein Nonoy then told Tinay and Edison that they must find the babies parents. Meanwhile at the local news, the sacred baby Jesus at the famous Belen was said to be lost and there is a big reward of money to those who can find the sacred baby Jesus. With this incident, will someone return the sacred baby Jesus to the Belen? And with the three kids - Tinay, Edison and Nonoy, will they rather take care of the child they saw or just leave the baby somewhere else?

Binayaan told Bagani that she knows that he still has feeling for her Umbo. She heard him calling out for her name while he was still unconscious. Binayaan then called on to Songil (Mon onfiado). She told the warrior that he would be the witness that she and her bana or husband Bagani would mutually breakup. Songil happily accepted the offer. He then assisted them in the ritual of breaking up couples.

Don Fernando then told Victoria that Luis can not marry Maria because Maria is Don Fernando's daughter to Sandra. Victoria pretended to be shock since Don Fernando and Luis had no idea that she already knows about it. Victoria then asked Luis if he already told Maria that they have the same father. Luis told Victoria that he failed to tell Maria about themselves who have the same father because Luis wants Sandra to tell Maria about it and not him.

Sam was so happy because he thought that if Daldalita will have a show, he also has a show. When he asked the producer, they said that they only want Daldalita. Daldalita was so happy when they were both safe of Daisy the Duck. He foreigner who wanted to orphan Daldalita was crying and hugged the little girl so tight.
