In tonight's episode in the Biggest Loser Pinoy Edition, the contestants from both team are going to face another big challenge. To guide them all throught the big challenge is no other than Derek Ramsay. The two teams went to a nearby beach and Derek was there to meet them up. Derek told both the red and the blue team that the beach is his favourite spot to relax and rest but for them they are not there to relax and rest. Their big challenge for this time is going to test their team work and so Derek Ramsay is giving the instruction of the challenge. At the starting point, both teams must dig the sand so that they can pass through a trunk. After passing the trunk, the teams must run to where their flag pole is and build a sand for them to get their own flag. The teams are given a basin and a cloth for them to use it as a foundation so that they can finally get their own flag. The challenge started and both teams are eager to win this challenge because a big prize awaits them. Since the red team are having more members than the blue team, the red team must choose one member that is not going to join the challenge. The big challenge started where the blue team passed through the trunk first then came the red team. Both teams gave their best during the challenge where each member is using the basin to get some water in the sea and put it into the sand. If the sand is already wet, they are going to build a foundation then and use this for them to get their on flag pole. Minutes passed where Raffy in the red team is the one trying to get the flag pole and in the blue team it is Allan. While the energy of the members are almost weak, Art in the red team kneeled down because he is so tired already. Allan told Art to stop and call the paramedic to help him out. Who is going to win this big challenge?

Jammie works as a double in action movies. She is very good at her job but does not get famous since her face is not revealed to the public. Meanwhile she has a friend who works in a coffee shop. She walks in and gets a cup of coffee for free. Because she is inside a social hub and her clothes does not fit in, she easily got noticed. Because of the fire that took place at the mansion, Jennifer (Mona Louise Rey) is being pushed as the reason of the fire. Allondra Sebastiano - Del Tierro (Lorna Tolentino) went to see Tomas (Tonton Gutierrez) to ask him about Lora/Rosa Sebastiano (Amy Austria - Ventura). Allondra asked Tomas if he ever knew to where Rosa is right now and so Tomas then told Allondra that he is the one behind Lora's disappearance. Tomas saved Lora back then in the mountains because she was shot and brought her to a nipa hut to cure her wound. To protect Lora from the militars, Tomas got all Lora's things that can identify her as a rebel. Tomas also puts a drug in Lora's things so that she will be imprisoned because of drugs and not because she is a rebel. Since Lora did not know that it was Tomas who is behind putting her in jail, Allondra told Tomas that they must not let Lora see her mother - Remedios Sebastiano (Boots Anson Roa). Lora must not go back to see Remedios because if she will, she might also see her ex - boyfriend - Joaquin Del Tierro (Coco Martin). On the other hand, Gabrielle "Gabby" Marcelo (Andi Eigenmann)is comforting Alexander Del Tierro (Coco Martin) after they knew that Javier (Coco Martin) is having plans in ruining his life. General Jaime Sebastiano (Ronaldo Valdez) suddenly called Alexander to meet him up in the militars camp to talk about Javier. General Sebastiano did not want to stop investigating on Javier because he knew what Javier can do as a past rebel. Later that day, Edgardo Marcelo (Dante Rivero) informed General Jaime that they already got a lead to where his daughter - Lora is. General Jaime told Edgardo that he is not interested to know the information because he have forgotten about Lora already. When Edgardo left, General Jaime checked on the folder containing the information to where Lora is. With this, will they finally see Lora helping Remedios so that they can finally be with each other?

Marcus Aguilar (Diether Ocampo) went to the Santana's house early in the morning to thank Reign Santana (Bea Alonzo). Marcus thanked Reign after what she did to him when he was struggling and he almost killed himself because of depression. Marcus brought Reign's mother - Pat Santana (Isabel Rivas) together with Reign's nephew - Prince Santana (Makisig Morales) and Reign's brother suddenly went outside their house. Marcus then asked Reign's mother - Pat if they are all available to have dinner with him. Without hesitations, Pat accepted Marcus' invitation and told him Reign that it will be nice if they will go to try eating good foods from a good restaurant. Prince hurriedly borrowed his grandmother - Pat's cellular phone for him to call "Kuya Bait" who is Abel Marasigan (Robin Padilla). Prince told Abel that if he is interested with his aunt - Reign, he must do something fast to get her attention because somebody is courting her already. Later that day, Abel wondered if ever Reign have finally forgotten the man who kidnapped her and brought her to the mountains. Abel then brought the teared piece from Reign's shirt used to cover his wounded thigh back at the mountains. Abel went to the Santana's house and left the teared piece of shirt at the Santana's gate where he suddenly pushed the door bell to get Reign's attention. Inside the Santana's house, Pat asked Reign to see who is outside because maybe it is already Marcus who is going to fetch them. When Reign went outside, she saw the teared piece of shirt in their gate and wondered who is the one behind leaving it there. When Marcus arrived at the Santana's house, Reign hurriedly went inside her room and is very confused to who have left the teared piece of her shirt outside. With this, will the dinner of the Santana family with Marcus be successful?

Bagani (Sid Lucero) was in deep grief for the death of his great love. Meanwhile, Amaya (Marian Rivera) was accompanied by the umalagad Magwayen (Aubrey Miles) and told her that she will brough to the Sulad. Amaya did not know that upon reaching there she will not be able to go back to the real world. For that, Datu Bugna (Raymond Bagatsing) and the Babylan went to the Diwata Pandaki (Tanya Garcia) to ask to get Amaya and bring her back to the world for she has a great mission to do. Pandaki granted their wish and fought with Magwayen in exchange for Amaya. When Bagani was about to kill himself he saw Amaya moved and he was very glad of the happenings. Suddenly an uripon came inside and was shocked to what she saw. She then reported what happened to the Babylans.

General Armando (Eddie Gutierrez) and Super Tiny (Jillian Ward) are on its way to the provincial headquarters to solve the growing numbers victimized by the lady aswang. While the general was driving, an animal suddenly crossed the street. When the two of them got out from the car Super Tiny ran upon seeing the Aswang. General Armando fought with the supernatural alone. He then looked for the kid hero to tell her that the aswang is already gone. He told the child that she should never get afraid of anything since she already is a superhero. Meanwhile, Melanie (Isabel Oli) went to a medical mission in a province. She saw a man who resembles of Teng (Richard Gutierrez). But the man said that he is not that man and his name is Roberto.

Sophia Mendoza (Jodi Sta. Maria) is still trying to convince little Anna Manalastas (Xyriel Manabat) to talk to her ex - boyfriend - Rene Mosqueda (Tirso Cruz III). Sophia asked little Anna that it will be better if she is going to talk to Rene about their past relationship and their daughter - Trisha. Little Anna did not want to talk to Rene but agreed to talk to to Rene's wife - Carmen. When little Anna got a chance talking to Carmen, she knew about what seemed to be the problem with her relationship to Rene. Carmen told little Anna that she can not bear a child where this made her relationship with Rene complicated. Rene just understood then that Carmen can not bear a child and remembered that he had a child when he was still a teenager but he neglected his responsibilities to the child. Later on, little Anna went to see Sophia so that they can talk about her current mission. Sophia told little Anna that if she can not help or do not want to help Rene, maybe they can do something else. Little Anna then understood what Sophia is planning to do where Sophia wants to find Madam Anna Manalastas' (Conney Reyes) daughter. Little Anna told Sophia that it is still no use if they are going to find her daughter - Trisha because Trisha might get mad at them for leaving her to a woman who is not related to their family. After their conversation, little Anna and Sophia went to Rene's room in the hospital to check on him and to finally talk about Trisha. When Rene saw little Anna, he then remembered that it was little Anna who slapped his face in a restaurant. Sophia asks apology to Rene since little Anna is just a kid and little Anna asked sorry to Rene also. To help Rene and Carmen in finding little Anna's daughter - Trisha, where will they start finding her and who is going to help them in finding Trisha?
