In today's episode in I Dare you shows how the challengers for this week sacrifice themselves to another challenge. Iya Villana and Jericho "Echo" Rosales are happy to welcome Vice Ganda as the third challenger. Vice Ganda is here being challenged in I Dare you because he is known to love her grandmother so much. With this love, Vice is challenged to take good care of an old people in the "Bahay Pag - ibig" (House of love). To let Vice Ganda experience and know how does it feel being an old man, the I Dare You crew are transforming Vice into an old man. Vice Ganda was then put outside a church for him to become a beggar old man. This challenge is to let Vice Ganda know how some people snob an old man or woman who is going to ask their help. As for the two challengers - Jason Abalos and Angeline Quinto, they are so happy that finally the old people in Bahay Pag - ibig are given new beds and matresses. The old people in Bahay Pag - ibig were given new beds and matresses because of what Jason and Angeline did. Reminiscing that both Angeline and Jason cleaned the ward where the old people sleep and washed their mats and blanket in the exchange of new beds and matresses. So now that Vice is being tranformed as an old man, how will he feel about it? Can Vice Ganda convince some people that he really is an old man?

Agnes De los Santos (Christine Reyes) received a call from Governor Bernard Buenamayor's attorney. Governor Bernard Buenamayor's attorney told Agnes that he has something that can clean Agnes' name. The attorney told Agnes to see him in Isla Cielo for them to talk personally. After Agnes and the attorney's conversation, Boyet (Jason Abalos) kneeled down and proposed to Agnes. Agnes was very surprised with Boyet's proposal but she neglected it since she is not ready to be married yet. Agnes wants to clean her name first so that she can go back home in the province with a clean name already. Boyet told Agnes that he doesn't want her to go to Isla Cielo because they are both not sure if there is a good result waiting for them. On the other hand, Henry (Rayver Cruz) remembered his past with his sister - Cathryn Buenamayor (Aiko Melendez). Cathryn left her brother - Henry in an orphanage for him to be taken good care and she will look for a job to finance Henry's studies. One day came that Cathryn went for a visit to Henry where he knew that her sister is not in good hands. Henry told his sister - Cathryn that he will do the best that he can with his studies so that he will be the one to protect her from the ones that is hurting her. As for Cathryn, she knew that Agnes is not in the town already and so with the attorney of her husband - Governor Bernard. Cathryn then asked her man - the police man to look for Agnes and the attorney so that they won't have a chance seeing each other. Going back with Agnes who is still shocked with Boyet's proposal, her friend - Monica (RR Enriquez) is asking her why she neglected the proposal. Agnes then told Monica that she is not ready to get married yet since she has a big problem to solve. So now that Agnes finally decided to meet with attorney, will she be successful?

Ryan together with Angela are competing with Andi and Leigh in an electrical running machine. The losing pair are tasked to cook some good and delicious food for everybody. After a great electric running machine challenge, Ryan and Angela won this challenge. The two trainers - Ms. Chinggay Andrada and Mr. Jim Saret then asked both Andi and Leigh how they felt now that they are inside the biggest loser camp. Andi and Leigh then revealed that they were shy at first but the nine remaining contestants are all approachable. Ms. Chinggay Andrada then asked Winwin how she felt with the two new challengers - Ani and Leigh. Winwin answered Ms. Chinggay Andrada that she felt weird having the two new challengers in the biggest loser camp. Reminiscing that Winwin admitted once during the weigh in that she had a crush on Andi. Andi then went near to Winwin and asked her for a dance where everybody is so happy to see how Andi is teasing Winwin. Later on, the four contestants - Andi, Leigh, Ryan and Angela went to San Sebastian Recoletos gymnasium in Cavite to have the real big challenge for them. Ms. Chinggay Andrada and Mr. Jim Saret are both there to help the four contestants with their challenge. Their big challenge involves a lot of exercise they usually did everyday. This big challenge is divided into three challenges and the Ryan together with Angela won the first challenge. The second challenge is to collect balls that are gathered everywhere in that gym and the first pair to collect twenty balls win. This challenge is very hard for the four contestants because they need to go up the stair ways and Andi together with Leigh won the challenge. The third challenge is to hold the big balls upright. The pair that can hold the big balls for a very long time wins. Who among the two pairs will win the third challenge?

When Jennifer (Mona Louise Rey) and Michelle were fighting, Jennifer accidentally pushed Michelle. Lynette (Katrina Halili) then brought the issue to Donya Anastacia (Gloria Romero). The rich lady then told her assistant Aling Marya (Luz Valdez) to call Dr. Arboleda (Leandro Baldemor) to have Michelle checked. Donya wanted to confirm from Jennifer if that was the man she saw together with Lynette. But Jennifer was out together with her Daddy Manny (Roderick Paulate). Meanwhile Lynette pretended to be worried that Jacob (Mark Anthony Fernandez) is still not home. She thought that maybe he is together with Sandra (Camille Pratts).

Tomas (Tonton Gutierrez) together with Javier Del Tierro (Coco Martin), KaTiago and Krista "Kate" Villanueva (Maja Salvador) went to see KaDiego and KaIbon. Tomas then told KaDiego about the sudden attack of unknown gun men to them at their house. Tomas and Javier are speculating that KaDiego and KaIbon are behind the sudden attack. KaDiego and KaIbon then told both Tomas and Javier that they don't know about the attack and they are not the one doing it. On the other hand, Edgardo Marcelo (Dante Rivero) is watching his friend - Remedios Sebastiano (Boots Anson Roa) who is in the ICU (intensive care unit). General Jaime Sebastiano (Ronaldo Valdez) arrived at the ICU and asked Edgardo if there are any positive feedbacks from Remedios already. Edgardo then told Jaime that the Doctor told him about Remedios' condition in which she is in critical condition. Jaime then went inside Remedios' room and thought that he is still inlove with her. Later on, Allondra Sebastiano - Del Tierro (Lorna Tolentino) came and asked Edgardo to where her father - Jaime is. Edgardo then told Allondra that Jaime is inside the room of Remedios and Allondra went to see him. Allondra then asked her father - Jaime that if ever the day comes that Remedios will be awakened, will he accept  her and Lora/Rosa Sebastiano (Amy Austria - Ventura) to be back at their house. Allondra also asked Jaime if he is going to get rid of her by the time that Remedios and Lora will be back. Jaime then told Allondra that he is not going to get rid of her and will accept both Remedios and Lora back at their house. As for Javier, he went back to the hospital to see and check his foster mother - Lora and grandmother - Remedios.Alexander Del Tierro (Coco Martin) saw Javier and told him about what he recently knew towards the possible people who attacked them.
